  • 25 mm thick MDF wooden top painted with semi-opaque liquid laminate. Liquid laminate is a varnish characterised by a particular hardness, thanks to the presence of glass microspheres that allow a greater resistance to scratching and a lower absorption of liquids.
  • Moulded cast aluminium base available in a glossy white or black lacquered finish.
  • Made in Italy.

Saarinen's iconic, sculptural design evolved from his desire to pare the table back to its essential elements and eliminate what he called "the slum of legs" that bedevilled conventional tables with four legs.
